Despite the overcast drizzly weather at Stoney in late October, 7Seas trainee Chris not only finished Ocean Diver but he and Claire began Sports. I suspect with their enthusiasm, they will be first out next year to finish their Sports. Adrienne, despite suffering the cold, forged on and is now almost at the end of Sports. She should be quickly finished next year and able to dive some of our deeper and more interesting wrecks. The instructors conducted their usual thorough debriefing as is plainly evident. |

Seven Seas were pleased to host a talk by Cameras Underwater at the Rising Sun. The opening sequence of the presentation was inspirational, leaving several members with the desire to upgrade to the latest digital cameras. This was not a "hard sell" exercise, but underwater photography explained clearly and simply. Thanks very much to Dave and Duxy for a great evening. The piggy banks around Epsom are rattling as I write! |
