A new era in the annals of Seven Seas diving has finally happened: we are moving from the Legion to the Rising Sun in Epsom effective Thursday 1st March thus maintaining continuity of our usual Thursday social night.

The recent standing-room only NAS lecture at the Rising Sun and dwindling attendance at the Legion spelled out in no uncertain terms the dissatisfaction voiced by the membership with the Legion and its facilities.

The Rising Sun in Heathcote Road is 10 minutes walk from Epsom station and there is parking on the Church Street side opposite the fire station. Simply walk up the alleyway from behind the methodist church and this leads directly to the Rising Sun.

The pub does great food so you can get a meal at reasonable prices should you come straight from work. More importantly,however, the training/lecture room upstairs is quiet and smoke free as is the whole pub
